Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Who is responsible?

The controller is PAJAROS ARNAIZ S.L., based in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain. For privacy enquiries, please contact us at [email protected].

For postal correspondence, please request our business mailing address by email.

2. What information do we process?

When you contact us, we may process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email address, country, enquiry, bird species, quantities and any correspondence.

When you browse our site, the web hosting and security services process technical request information that may include IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser and security-related signals.

Our website contact form prepares an email in your chosen email application or service. It does not by itself submit your message to a server operated by Pájaros Arnaiz. If you send the email, your email provider and ours process that correspondence.

3. Why do we use this information?

We use business contact information to respond to enquiries, discuss availability and pricing, assess possible trade or service arrangements, and follow up on legitimate business communication. The legal basis is typically steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)).

Where legally required, we may process information to meet legal, tax, customs, veterinary or trade-documentation obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

We use technical data where needed to deliver, protect and maintain the website and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interests in website security and service operation (Article 6(1)(f)).

4. Cloudflare hosting and Web Analytics

Our website uses Cloudflare for content delivery, security and hosting. We have enabled Cloudflare Web Analytics, including reporting for visitors located in the European Union. It helps us understand page views and website performance.

According to Cloudflare, its Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies or local storage and is designed not to identify or track individual visitors across sites. Website delivery and security may involve separate technical processing by Cloudflare.

Further information: Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

5. External communication services

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, WeChat or an email provider (including Outlook), those services process information under their own privacy terms. The WeChat QR code on this website may be loaded from xingetransport.com. We do not control the privacy practices of these external services.

6. Who may receive information?

Access to enquiries is limited to persons who need the information for our business activities. Relevant information may be shared with professional service providers, hosting/email providers, logistics partners or competent authorities when necessary for your enquiry, an agreed service or a legal obligation. We do not sell your personal data.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

Some communication, hosting or international business partners may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where the GDPR applies to such transfers, we assess the relevant legal basis and safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or appropriate contractual measures where required. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to a particular transfer.

8. How long do we keep information?

We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry, maintain an appropriate business record, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal retention obligations. The period depends on whether contact results in a transaction and on the records involved. Technical data retention is also subject to the policies and settings of the relevant service providers.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

10. Changes

We may update this notice when our website or practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
